Slow Video and Messed up Cinematics
#1
For some reason the game runs slowly when I know the setup I have is much more powerful than a ps2. Also during in game cinematics, especially with Dynasty Warriors 4, the video is messed up where the top half is on top, but also echoing on the bottom as well flicking with the bottom half flicking in and out as well. Below is all the information on my computer I can provide at this time. What is going on and how can I fix it?

The CPU single time threaded performance is on the slow side(1215)and pcsx2 requires 1600 for most games(especially 3d games)
It may be good for PC games but not for pcsx2(it's not just hardware specs comparing when it comes to emulation)
#5
1.By using speed hacks and hoping that doing so will give you better speeds(expect problems)
2.By overclocking the CPU but still, don't expect miracles
3.Doing both
4.Getting a better cpu
5.By playing the game on your PS2

Edit:The post above this one disappear

After Updating, this is the log I got form my PCSX2. Still running rather slow. Also I do not have the games I am attempting to play on my PS2, thats why I got the emulator in the first place. I do have a moderate collection there, but I do not have access to all of the games I wish to play. I also tend to focus on emulators so I can save anywhere in case my children need me and I cannot return to the game for a while. So what speed hacks would you suggest using in this instance to help performance?

Switch to the OpenGL renderer and see if it fixes the issue.
#8
if your CPU overclocked? If not, I'd really consider doing it. 3.1Ghz on a bulldozer architecture is a super slow CPU, not nearly enough to emulate 3D PS2 games at full speed.
