Slow down for couple of second

I have a problem with some games.

More specific, playing rachet and clank (first and second game) the game occasionally slows down like slow motion and then goes back to regular speed.

Is this have to do with ram or graphics card or is it a setting in the emulator??

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
