Slow fps and audio

I'm trying to play Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Everything is fine during the intro cutscene, I get 60 fps and the audio is normal. As soon as the gamplay starts my fps drops to 15 and my audio starts draging and sounding like in slow motion.
I'm using Intel Core i3-3217U 1.80 GHz and NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M.

Get a decent pc and you're good to go.
This ultrabook isnt made for intensive single threaded cpu software like pcsx2.
