Slow gameplay, normal FPS how do i fix it?

right. Its not much important but gt220 does NOT support dx11, its dx10.1

DX11 is backwards compatable though so it can run on DX10 hardware. It just won't show certain graphics features like Tesselation. You could even try with the Heaven DX11 benchmark.

Well I noticed mainly this happening from VUstealer hack when set too high and I ALWAYS use only the first "slight" speedup setting cuz it's the only one that you both see higher FPS and FEEL it runs faster from my experience.

Actually, I had same problem in Dolphin and nintendo64 1947 emulator. I believe it many have nothing to do with what you said here as I played those games fine(DMC1,2). In the past it happened to me that 1947 emulator simply ran half speed while my HW was more than enough(and cpu wasn't 100% usage as well) and last time I tried mario galaxy on 32bit and 64bit dolphin - same version: 64 bit fast full fps - 32bit showing full fps too but slow movement - about half speed I guess. So thats why I believe he can have this kind of problem with pcsx2. It looks to me as if timers emulators depend on would be incorrectly interpreted on certain configurations - whatever they are HW or SW. In case of HW timer, could it be motherboard problem?

Guys I need help too! So the problem may be the GL(video) plugins. i used direct3D 11 and the slower game problem was not fixed correctly (still though, it went faster) and also it showed up another problem which was some white lines in front of my screen! I tried to use SD 1.3 (Software and the white lines are fixed but the gameplay is slower! I don't use speedhacks. The game is burnout 3. Also the problem appears in gameplay and not in the game menu.
Plz help me!
