Well I recommend the Xigmatek Dark Knight Night Hawk Edition, it is a tower cooler for the cpu, but it fits on nearly any socket (Even AMDs old S939) my Phenom II x4 980 BE non-oc went from 58/62 to 35/39 degrees celcius. This Cooler costed me 39 euro's, but only 5 stores here in the netherlands were selling xigmatek devices.
