About the slowness : getting a more power ful CPU and a real GPU
About the weird graphics : playing in software mode. But it'll be slow

And anyways, you'll probably face problems because of your PS2's bios

Cheapest way for now : playing on your PS2 until you can afford a better machine. sorry Sad
