Slow with a game

Hi all I have a problem with a game (sly 3): all games go with 100% speed (normal) but when I started to play sly 3 the speed goes to 60% for no reason... can you help me please?
My pc specs are:
-RX 470 4gb 
-i5 2310 2.9 GHz
-8 gb RAM
The version of the emulator is: 1.4.0 .
The game is Sly 3 Honour Among Thieves.

what does your gsdx setup look like as this would most likely be more of an issue?, could always be that the game is GS intensive.
have you tried the dev releases to see if the problem is resolved there? (not sure I am allowed to link to them as just registers like 2 days ago)

I don't understand dude... btw I have a good graphic card and i don't believe that this game is heavy for the cpu

please post the config screens of the GS config as they may just point out as to why it is slow.
the compatibility list states nothing on special configuration options so it is probably something in the Gs settings
