SlowMotion Problem

I know this has been asked before, but why am i experiencing slow motion in Games, like dragon ball Sagas, digimon world 4 , when it clearly says im on 60fps

Specs:
Intel Core I7-8700
Nvidia GTX 1080
16GB RAM

Im using Latest PCSX2 v1.5.0-dev-2550-gf8e6ba427 

i have all speed hacks disabled, Using Direct3D 11 (Hardware)
   

i tried all the solutions online, none worked for me :/

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Well do you experience the same thing on your ps2.
PCSX2 is emulating the PS2 and with default settings the PS2 cpu(EE)is emulated at the same speed.
We have speed hacks that allow is to overclock the PS2 cpu to give him little more power so it won't slow down.
It's the same situation as overclocking your PC cpu to be able to play more demanding games(the ee speed hack does not overclock your pc cpu but the ps2 cpu)

I have some games(Shining Force Neo for example)on which at some areas full of evemys the speed(internal speed)start to go down because the cpu don't have enough power.

Keep in mind the overclocking the EE is not 100% safe but there are games that work better
