Slowdowns in Xenosaga Episode I

I'm trying to emulate Xenosaga Episode 1, but I experience some slowdowns in the game quite often (somethimes it goes down to 30 fps), is the probem caused by my pc or by the configuration of the emulator?
My specs are: CPU: AMD FX-8350 GPU: GTX 750 Ti-Ph RAM: 8gb My cofiguration: https://imgur.com/a/p75IbDP

It's your cpu.
The recommended single threaded performance for most games is 1600 and that cpu is almost there 1509 but that game is one of those not easily emulated(keeping full speed). You may achieve some boost by overclocking but... i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
