So I've been trying to play this game but with many problems. FPS is sometimes 60 or maybe 70 but when entering in "big places" it drops down to 25-30. I've done my homework and did everything according with this, but I just can't find the gsdx.ini file, probably because the new version has a new layout.

Computer specs:

• OS: Windows 7
• 4GB RAM
• 1GB ATI Radeon HD Sapphire 4870
• Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz

Although my CPU according to this list will have a negative impact but I think that the performance drop shouldn't be so significant, and I really can't see any other "compatible CPU" list

2.4Ghz is really too low for any of the demanding games.
I'd look into some overclocking.

Overclocking of the CPU huh? Thanks for the reply dude, but can you tell me how can I manage this? I only know of Graphics Card overclocking. Either in details or give me a link/guide if you can I'll manage.

EDIT: Is it actually safe to overclock with my PC specs? I'm not afraid the power supply since I recently replaced it with a 700Watt one, but what about the rest?
