Yep, I did and its the same when its on and off.
I honestly just think this game is screwed when it comes to emulating.

Is the video faster or slower than audio or are both equal but with some delay? If one of both is faster - which one has the correct speed?

I guess I don't know how to solve the problem.

This game runs surprisingly bad on my rig... there were parts where I got less than 5 FPS lol.
