It looks good, but I can't download it. Says no build.

Well, i can't help you with the streaming, I don't know anything about it really. Those are the most optimized settings for full FPS/bugless gameplay
Intel Core i7-8700k @5ghz
G.Skill 16GB DDR4 @3600mhz
GeForce GTX 1080 8GB
Windows 10 x64

Should I be running the emulator in hardware or software mode?

Hardware is much faster and allows custom high resolutions, but sometimes it has more bugs than software. So if hardware looks good enough (per game), use hardware rendering.

Ah that build has problems while compiling. So go for a Compiling fix build

Also, Hardware is much more faster and thus i would reccomend that first.

Thanks recoder. None of the revs out starting from 5000 and on look too good. I think I'll stick with rev 4999.

You generally want the latest revision and then stick with it for a while.
(There's no need to "update" it every 2 hours Tongue2)

Take a look here and simply avoid the ones that have lots of red minuses:

Thanks for the link. It's rather difficult to figure out which ones are worth downloading just by looking at the svn page.

That's fixes so that the project can be compiled in visual studio 2008 etc. Nothing to do with compatibility or actual fixes on the emulator.
