Is there a way to find the crc for the pal versions of dynasty tactics or can someone post me a set of cheats for psx2 for player troops and craft and stuff for them? I found some cheats but not the crc to make them work. I'm pretty new to this whole thing though. Literally just started trying it out today.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
