Software mode running slow on Skylake i7

The problems seem to be with i7 6700k and the fact that it has hyperthreading. AKA HT on skylake seems to be the cuase along with VS2015

Unfortunately as I said before I also have the issue with slow/unstable software rendering on my 6600k which is neither an i7 nor does it support hyperthreading.
