Try that game with your own vista sp.1 32bit if any in directx10 mode, you will get better fps.
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.
>> Emulation speed differs for each game. There will be some you can run fast easily, but others will simply require more powerfull hardware <<.

really? its usually a general consensus that vista and dx 10 is drops your fps compared to dx9 quite significantly. Atleast for regular pc games.

Yeah that's with the crappy DX10 ports games get Wink GSdx efficiently uses DX10 features (as it seems) so you will mostly get better speeds.

well i didnt get vista yet, to much of a hassle atm, i dont want to have to reformat atm. What i did do though is overclock my e8400 from 3ghz to 3.6ghz. HUGE difference in game play. Only time i drop below 60 is in battle when all 3 characters are using special moves at the same time within the screen, and even then it only drops to about 45-50.

so note to all those people out there wanting more fps, OVERCLOCK!!!
just be carefull, and read up before you do so. Its not something to be taken lightly

Yeah overclocking is pretty safe in itself as long as you have a good cooler. It's when you start playing with voltages to get a stable overclock at higher settings is when you can get in trouble in a hurry.
