Hey! It actually does make the game run faster! Laugh Thanks! Had no idea about this function.
There's still a bit of slowdown parts here and there, but they are tolerable.
This might actually solve my slowdown problem with other games!

You might try setting the "VU Cycle Stealing" to 1 and see if you have more speed(setting it too high may result in the opposite effect and pcsx2 to randomly crash)

I corrected the number of Extra rendering threads to 5, the game run more smoothly now. Thanks for the help, I'll most likely use VU Cycle Stealing for other games.

This is a bit of a long shot but have you been able to figure it out cause I would really like to not have to use the software settings as the game looks blurry.
