Soul Calibur 3 (NTSC-U)

Hi.
At last days i've played soul calibur 3 [SLUS-21216]. I'was trying to complete all missions in Soul Arena, so i choose character and weapon and then BOOOOM. Screen looks like that:

In console i saw that entries:

Intel Core i7-4700MQ

8GB DDR3
Windows 8.1 Professional N x64
I tried with pcsx2 latest release version and beta version too.
I have much time, so i can test it in some configurations. I've tested some images. I will try to transport my save to pal version and test it.

P.S. Sorry for my language, but my english isn't very well. if something is wrong i will try explain it better.

I try with some diffrent bios version (Usa and Europe: v1.6 v2.0 and USA v2.2) with no effect.

It works fine in Pal version, but in PAL I can't remove vertical lines.

In my experiences a "TLB Miss" error means that the .iso isn't ripped correctly, So I suggest re-ripping the disc or running it from your disc (If your disc is pretty scratched then it's best to rip it and hope for the best)
I always used Daemon tools and that works great with my PS2 games on PCSX2.
