Description of the issue:
If the OpenGL Hardware is selected Soul Calibur 3 has a slow down as soon as the battle starts.
Means if the characters are on screen, the FPS decreased to 50%.
If the user selects DirectX11 or software renderer everything works fine.
Blending Accuracy was also set to None with OpenGL renderer, but the FPS only increases from 50% to 80%.

How to reproduce the issue:
Start a battle in the game.

PC specifications:
Windows 10, i7-5790S, 760GTX, 16GB RAM

What if you turn down your resolution to 3x native instead?

This is working, thanks. I can even increase the blending accuracy to basic.
Game stays on 60FPS with 3x resolution even with medium blending accuracy.

Try UserHacks_DisableDepthSupport=1 or crc_hack_level=3 or 4 (Full or Aggressive).
