I really hope to get help with this but I have a problem that I could not solve in any Forums and it's:
 
My plugin SPU2 on the 1st time run Wizard Setup does not appear, I thought it got to be that the plugin wasn't extracted then I downloaded it as a single file then I put it on the Folder, I reloaded the Plugins and it still didn't showed up, I searched In many Forums and I cannot find an answer if anyone can help me that would be great
