Sound & Video/Speed Issue.

I've downloaded and installed PCSX2 onto WIN 8.1 OS.
It's an ASUS RoG. I've got Syphon Filter and the speed is incredibly high. The video and sound is sped up and so is the sensitivity. I would like to know what's wrong so I can play properly.

what fps it is showed you !? look at upper tab ! and tell ! also tell me did you using speed hacks ?
