Edit: Should I set the GS Plugin renderer to DX11 instead of DX9? Would that help? (it was Direct3D9(Hardware) by default)
use directx 11 hardware mode ! this game is likely to work perfectly in pcsx2 1.0.0 ! try with that also !

I finished Fatal Frame 2, the problem was annoying, but it was playable enough.
Now I am playing Fatal Frame 3 and the problem is way more serious. The same problem is here again, so I have the random stops and the sound problems.
Plus the game's run around 50 fps(sometimes 60) and it can get as low as 35. Sometimes it's like in slowmo or something. It is very annoying.
The GS and EE rates are normal all the time, so I don't understand what can be the problem...
I tried messing with speed hacks, but nothing happened.
And here are these white lines on the right....
