Sound problems

when i try to play a game with pcsx2 the game runs fine but the sound lags horridly (echoing really fast) iv tried using the PE OPS SPU2 1.9.0 and ZeroSPU2 r514-Dev 0.4.6 when i try to use spu2-x 1.1.0 the game wont even run at all so what can i do to fix this if anything ? iv tried my disc and the ISO i made but they both do the same thing ?

Please help

btw the game isnt scratched at all
