Ok cool. I learn a lot here, but don't completely follow, how should I report this ? Or just link to github?

You could add the link to github. But post also last zaps166 answer. It show the diff in SDL 2.0.4 vs 2.0.3
My agenda is full for at least 10 years (if not more) Anyway, I'm afraid of the sync with this method. Callback is easy to use.
