There weren't any musics of some sort on the game
it just says: ADCPM STREAM Not Free Channel

Have you tried different sound plugins?

Yeah, unfortunately none of 'em worked. You could only hear text sounds and effect sound but not the music. You can only hear the music on the new game screen or press start screen or something like that
