Specs Good Enough? Some Games Full Speed/Some Not

These are my laptop specs:

Sony Vaio CS290
Windows XP Home
Service Pack 3
Intel Core 2 Duo
3.06GHz T9900 Processor
3 GB Ram
79MB/s Seagate Momentus 7200rpm
795mhz
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD (Yeah yeah I know it blows)

I can run Digimon World 4 at full speed, about 58-62 fps
I have God Of War and the fmv sequences run at full speed.
The gameplay is a little less than full speed, around 53fps but playable.
I tried running Shadow Of The Colossus and I was only getting like 25 fps during the opening fmv sequence.
Final Fantasy 10 get's about 40 fps
I also have the PC version of Devil May Cry 4, which plays at full speed.
Downloaded Left 4 Dead as well and that runs full speed on low settings.

I'm using Pcsx2 rev 1474
Which seems to be running faster than 0.9.6

Is there any way to replace it, or do I have to buy a whole new laptop?
I mentioned being able to play pc games that take high end graphics cards, because well..I thought there was hope for my current card hahaha.
How come Digimon World 4 plays no problem, same with God Of War give or take 5 to 8 fps loss?

No there is no way to fix the intel onboard graphics of your motherboard.

It varies from game to game, some make more use of effects that require a good video card, others don't.

devil may cry 4?,left4dead?,these games arent that heavy as you say,try gta4,risen,alone in the dark 4,those are more heavier.

without overclocks i ran it easily max settings 8x AF on my GT130M 1600x900
