I am new here and I want to tell how to speed up PCSX2.Go to Cheat Engine,choose process and you will see speedhack somewhere,and then works faster.I don`t know if this works.This is very unstable.Enjoy!

pcsx2 already has speedhacks programmed into it. (you just have to enable them)
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 OC to 3.6GHz, Intel GMA x4500, 1GB DDR2

That's a very useless speedhack. It only halves or doubles vsyncs, which in turn doubles or halves the emulated game speed.
Nothing to gain with this except high fps numbers (but slow as molasses game) Tongue2
