Splashdown Water Texture Issue

Hey guys!!! Ps2 is my childhood console and I need help on how to fix this water texture issue in the game. The water seems only 75% visible and would like to ask you guys how can I fix this issue. I've been trying to fix it for hours and still no progress. Thanks a lot!
