Hello,
I am trying to play Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly, but my gameplay seems to be consistently choppy, even though I can see that the game always runs between 59 and 60 fps. And there seems to be no real reason for it, it seems completely random.

GTX 1080 Ti
32GB RAM
Windows 10
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.

- Any non default settings you are using.
