Star Ocean 3 is Slooooooow...

So tried to play star ocean 3 (pal) but i only get ingame about 4-7 fps
and the FMVs didnt work at all. :/
So i was wondering is the pal version supported or whats the problem.

Winfast 8600 gts (overclocked)
2Gb 800 mhz DDR2
Windows XP - 32Bit

Pcsx2 - 0.9.6
GSdx 890 (SSSE3) 0.1.14
SPU2-X 1.1.0
Europe Bios V1.60

Speed Hacks
X1.5 Cycle Rate
All on right side is on.
And Tri-ace games gamefix is on

On top of using GSDX 0.1.7, use the latest beta version of PCSX2, as in the newest ones FMVs work.
