Star Ocean 3 - loadiing data from disc
#1
Star Ocean 3, randomly when I open the menu or just random areas, "Loading Data from Disc" appears.  Using one of the latest 1.7 nightly builds.

System is a 5900HX, AMD 6800M, Windows 10. Using DX11, everything default except skip draw 1-4 is on to deal with broken DoF effects.  It doesn't always happen at the same areas, they seem random, and I can sometimes go hours without it. Then randomly get it.

Also, once, I tried a save state and it said "out of memory, oh noes" or something, which in all my years using PCSX2 I never saw. Quite strange.

I must state I am also using "SpecialK" so that I can have a Borderless flip mode. The reason for this is so I get smoother gameplay. Without it, I get tearing, even with V-Sync / Fullscreen enabled.  I also get massive hitching at certain areas unless I use SpecialK's frame limiter over PCSX2's own. It's no overexaggeration to say I find SO3 unplayable without it, as some areas it acted like I was getting slowdowns, despite 100% speed. SpecialK's frame pacing graph would show massive spikes, and I found other threads on the matter. With SpecialK, I fixed around 90% of these instances by limiting my FPS to 59.940.  But I saw other posts about people saying the same, yet no real answers other than re-re-rip it. Well, I've tried more than just my own and the issue appears to be with all copies.

There's also an issue with battle screens being garbage, and sometimes eye textures as well, but I saw a mention of those on github.  I'm sure Blyss would know something, she waas rather found of SO3.

Update on this. I got to an area, the area after the Haulers, and kept crashing in fights, constantly. Removed SpecialK. It still happened. I tried 1.6.0 - it didn't happen, but for some reason I was getting low FPS, like 45-50FPS. I am using DX11, since AMD OpenGL performance is quite bad as you all know.

What IS weird is before, I was not at all getting low FPS. It also does not really seem to matter, performance wise, which resolution I use. It is also not using the iGPU, I can confirm that. I also put it in the graphics settings control panel to make sure it's using it, and using overlay tools can confirm. It's barely using my GPU at all, around 20-30% for 6x(4K) resolution.

This is quite odd. Nothing between them should be shared.

It doesn't crash here on PCSX2 Nightly - v1.7.2038 but the weird thing is,I randomly get slowdowns and nothing is maxed
i7-6700hq,gtx1060 at 3x scaling

I also notest something else
When I make the game window not active and then activate it,there is ALWAYS half a second slowdown and it also happens while using Null renderer(the speed falls to 94% and then goes back to 100%)

No, nothing maxed out. Not crashing anymore, but I still randomly get infinite load times.
