Star Ocean 3 problem

Please see the video that I uploaded on youtube to see what my problem is. Essentially the game just won't load a certain part of a town and I can't figure out why.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Intel® Core™ i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8CPUs), ~4.0GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

32768MB RAM

Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

Version of PSX2 : 1.4.0

My PSX2 Config is set to this - Literally just followed this youtube video

The game I am trying to play is this - *removed piracy link*Star Ocean 3
