Star Wars: Racer Revenge Graphics Issue

I've been playing the game and it's been absolutely fine, but at a certain point on a specific race (The Grand Reefs, about 15-20 seconds after the start/finish line) the graphics go all weird, and the game is unplayable.

I could only get the images while the game was paused.
