Starting games over links

Is there a way to start a apecific over a link?

Giving PCSX2 some start attributes so it directly starts the game?

thats not really what I want, I want to bott a single game via a single click on a icon on the desktop.
So I could for example add my games to STeam.

pcsx2bonus can create a custom exe for you to use with steam. Probably would be easier then the method refraction posted, But if never tried it. so it's just speculation.

Why? It works yes, but I think it's easier to start PCSX2 using those attributs, than to to create a single .exe file for every single game.
