Read first: Will PCSX2 run fast on my computer?

Hello sir, i'm new here. I have a problem with my pcsx2 0.9.8
I dont know whethere it 's my config fault or it 's my pc not enough.
Here 's my configuration:
-Gts 250
-2gb ddr2
-Intel core dual e6500
When i start the game, it runs normally, no lag or delay at all but when i play the speed seems to reduce to 50% and i repeat again, it 's not lag or delay.

For every game i tried, it stays the same speed as 50% of the original. I played GH3, God of war 2 and Jet Li: Rise to the honor. The speed is very slow for the all 3 games

With PCSX2, if you attempt to play enough games, you will inevitably encounter a problem.

That being said;
You system's CPU and GPU are pretty good,
and will handle the majority of games mostly well.

You will still need some Speedhacks with some games.

Your GPU should handle it's own, and even handle some up-scaling.

You will be able to play most games full speed with minimal to no need of speedhacks,there are a few exceptions to this though..make sure to use 'MTVU' hack to make full use of your quad core! and with that graphic card you can bump up the resolution to like 3x or add AA without any issues! You will be able to play a fair amount of games in Software mode as well! Nice rig btw...

Sorry to say, but 1.3 ghz???? I wouldn't even bother trying PCSX2 with that. Unless you want a slide show..
