I have Intel core i3 as my processor and  Intel HD graphics familly for my graphics and I'm using a laptop. It works fine with most of my games. The only laggy games I have are a)older games or b) Games like Monster Rancher because for some reason the Monsters like to screw up the frame rate.

(Don't know if this has already been said)

Mexicanman - Right click on My Computer and go to properties. We're mostly interested in your CPU and GPU if you have one. To find out info on your GPU, try running "dxdiag.exe" from the Run window.

SaphireKat Which Core i3 processor do you have? What does "older games" mean?

You should consider investing on an even powerful hardware to get reasonable speeds on PCSX2 at most moderate games.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Apart from getting a better machine or keep playing on your actual ps2 ?

should be fine to get playable speeds on most games.
if you have issues with a specific game, please create a new thread in the support section
