The CPU and GPU are below minimum, high chance it will run very badly.

One friend of mine has a pc with an 1050ti, FX-8300, 8GB ram and the emulator doesnt work with full speed.
I have an Ryzen 3 2200G and i can play my games with 3x native on 120-130% and on his pc the app goes barely 50-70%. We use basically the same configurations on GS plugin, emulation settings and hacks of speed. The emulogs are basically the same. We using the latest version of the app. What we can do?

Tell your friend to get a better CPU. Amd FX series are known to perform badly with single threaded apps like pcsx2

FX-8300 is below minimum specs for CPU while the Ryzen 2200G is above recommended. Either use 1.4 or even 1.2.1 (don't expect support but you can use it), upgrade PC with better Single Thread Performance where emulation is very intensive on the CPU compared to regular PC gaming or play on the physical PS2.

Apparently you don't understand the difference with your two processors. His FX-6300 has a STP of about 1400. Yours has a STP of about 2180. For PCSX2 to work well, they recommend a STP of about 2000 (more or less depending what game you're trying to play)...My question is, you knew that you're dealing with two different processors, but you act surprised that they behaved differently...why?

Because he has a octacore cpu against my quadcore one and one dedicated gpu |
