Still not getting full speed

man.. im still not getting full speed..
i get 55-79% of speed.. what i want is full speed..

my specs:
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.40GHz (2 CPUs), ~ 3.4GHz
256MB video card
2.00GB Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
DirectX 11
1280x1024 (32-bit) (60hz)

well when i start playing any game using pcsx2 i use tune up's turbo mode.. which turns into windows classic visual styles and disables useless windows animations and things..

im currently using 0.9.6 i have 0.9.7(r3113) on my pc but it's too slow..
pcsx2 0.9.6 is better.. i copied all the plugins of 0.9.7 and paste it in 0.9.6 plugins folder.. and those plugins were faster than 0.9.6's default ones..

and what i need is a trick to speed up pcsx2 0.9.6.. i have also attached my configure screenshots..

this is not a chat but a forum.
bumping your own thread 8 mn after opening it spamming. Next timme, please be more patient.
Now, try enabling some speedhacks as your cpu is far below the recommended requirements.
use d10 hardware mode if you have a capable gpu to get a little speedboost.
but keep in mind that with that rig, chances are you will never get full speed.

This is like your 5th thread about not geting the fps you want. Reread your earler threads, your pc cannot play naruto 4 at full speed, there is no magical configuration.
