Strange Burnout Series Text Glitch Observation (Discussion)
#1
If you've played a Burnout game on PCSX2, chances are you've seen the text looking a little ugly under hardware mode, with random grey lines running through each character:

Something strange I noticed, though, is that these lines are not actually random at all. If you zoom into the above picture and look at each character individually, you may notice that each letter has an outline of that letter drawn inside of it - exactly 8 pixels down and to the right of the actual letter. This happens using Native resolution, too, and software mode doesn't have this issue (hence me putting this in Plugin discussion.) Whether this gives us clues as to why this happens or not, I just thought it was kind of peculiar.

Yes. It doesn't appear to have made a difference.

"Sprite" set to Half seems to fix the issue, but introduces a new issue (see the background of the "Supermini" text in the pictures):

Sprite OFF:   http://i.imgur.com/YSJ3zkg.jpg

My original issue is considered solved though. Only thing is that this doesn't seem to work for the EA Burnouts, which may have a different text problem altogether!

By Half, I mean ticked. Filled doesn't fix either issue.
