Strange FPS's (Read Below) Dark Cloud 2

Hello, I have a core i7 ivy bridge and ATI Radeon HD 7970 x2

So it should be fine

When fps limiter is on the game lags, when the fps limiter is off i get 200-300 fps which is too fast, it displays 60 fps always when on but the game slows down. any ideas?

Thank you very much no problems now, i suppose i dont need speed hacks as much as i did on my old pc.

You shouldn't need any really for Dark Cloud 2, runs fine without. If you do want to enable them just enable the lower level of hacks (MTVU works nice with this game too).
