Strange + Slow FPS

So, the problem is that the game i am trying to run is very slow (in game)

my specs:

WINDOWS 8 ENTERPRISE (x86)
1 GB RAM (CAN PAGE FILES HELP??)
INTEL ATOM DUAL CORE 1.66 Ghz@ 3.something?

so, first in loading screen i got 20-30 fps
and in game i got 3-5 fps(LOLLLLLLL!!!!????)

AFTER TICKING ALL SPEEDHACKS (nothing with the two sliders)

in loading screen i got 143 fps !!!!!!!!!! (WOWWWWW!!??)
and in game i got 7-8 fps()


any help in speeding up the game??(in-game)

and is 143fps a false reading? (im 99% sure)

Ha ha... I'm not surprise seeing this, but it is still funny. That's the result you're supposed to get with the Atom D510. And 143 FPS is clearly false reading due to VU & EE hacks. You can never reach such FPS with that machine.

Even cpu @ 3.0Ghz with quad core still occur slowness
with your spec, better put your hands up. Just some games could play full speed (e.g raiden III) if you don't mind with sound sync, try this :
