Street Fighter Alpha Anthology - Cant even do a Chain Combo Consistently

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen

I hope you are safe and well 

I am using the Latest Version of PCSX2 Emulator

I am running Street Fighter Alpha Anthology and Playing SFA3Upper

I am using Zangief

For some reason I Cant even do a Chain Combo Consistency

For example - Zangief's Combo of - Flying Body Press + Crouching Hand Jab + 360 

Simply does not execute with much consistency at all

At most times it is a hit miss

Is there some kind of a Input Lag or Issues with PCSX2 ?

there are.
there are basically with your PS2 too.

that said, fiddling with mtgs queue in latest dev build may help quite much
