I was reading the forums threads on Street Fighter Alpha Anthology running slow and found somewhat of a fix after reading some of the advice. What I did was use the 2/2 frameskipping option. I also used the default cyclerate and max cycle stealing to notice quite a speedup. I hope this helps some people having trouble with this game.
