This is a game that I know deeply. So when emulation doesn't reproduce anything (the effect just doesn't exist) that is, it's not a matter of speed or appearance, it just doesn't happen, I need to ask if anyone has any suggestions.
-> several layers of images (all are impact effects or movement energies) do not exist or are invisible in the game, for example 'Guile's FlashKick or its meteor combo level3' ultra hurricane '..... or the ground impact in 'Zang's Pile Driver'. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The internal testing I did suggest that some of those effects are generated using a float value outside of what GSDX can handle. Might be worse than J.League and similar to Galarian Ash "kind of"
That said, you can still try various settings such as clamp/round modes for the VUs and/or the EE-IOP.
