how does it look on your ps2?
sadly i don't have a decent working camera to show it working on my ps2Sad

Newspapers are supposed to be on the ground.. It's called litter, like any rough city.

tbh i thought he meant their was shadows on the papers or the street light weren't working Unsure

i have both the pc and the ps2 version but no space to see how the pc version works on win 7

I'm assuming the OP thought the light on the street was showing as newspapers instead of just being light, but yes the topic is very confusing.
