Stuttering in some case

Hello, i have a problem, at some point in GTA vice city or GTA 3 i have stuttering without drop frame with different version of pcsx2 1.5 and 1.6.0 in direct 3D and opengl but not with pcsx2 1.4.0 opengl. I don't understand for why ?

what do the ee% & gs% say when you get stuttering ?

nope. problem is I don't have those games and can't check out by myself.
I was thinking about a general slowdown since every new version will require more powerful hardware, but those values seem to indicate it's not your case.
what are your sound plugin settings ?

I tried many settings and it's the same, i was thinking of a problem with the video plugins because it is different on pcsx2 1.4.0, i don't know.
But on GTA liberty city stories or vice city stories, no problem...
On citra emulator i've drop frame on full screen but not in windowed, maybe a clue to my problem, difficult to say.

something tied to vsync, maybe ?
