Submit games to compatibilty list

Where can I go to post new statuses to game in the compatibility list? Or is there a guide thread to this or something?

I have the game King Kong the game and works perfect but setting the emulator in the pal version and the page says that is in the intro but not e seen someone who could change the list and put the test shots
