Sudden FPS drop when playing FFX international

Whenever I play FFX International for About 10-20 min my fps drops Dramatically. (E.G. it would run 60 fps then drop to 30 or less.) But when iImove my cursor my fps rises back up to 60. It gets really annoying moving my cursor when im using a playstation controller and laying on my bed.

Help is much Appreciated.

somekind of "sleep" mechanism or something maybe the game is barely using resources so the PC just sleep or something

try to put you power mode to high performance
and disable CooL N quiet and all the other power saving *****

Power saving feature/mechanism would be the more appropriate word in this case. You can turn that feature off in the bios.

Exactly where in the bios can i turn that off?

Edit: I also changed my Power Options to High Performance.Checking now.

You'll have to google your motherboard model and bios as I don't have the same hardware as you do. You can use CPUz to ID your mobo and bios.
