Sudden Temporary Freezes

I've been playing Persona 3 FES but at random times the game will freeze for a few seconds (usually between 2 to about 20) and then resume as if nothing had happened. Sometimes it takes a while to begin, but once it happens once, it happens every few seconds with no clear reason why. Even when nothing is happening, the game will jump from 60 fps to a freeze and then resume. Besides this, i don't experience any frame drops or other issues.

I'm not great with computers so i'm not entirely sure which aspects are important, but my computer has 4GB RAM, Intel Core i5 processor, and 1GB DDR3 Radeon HD 6450 graphics processor.

Does anyone know what to do about this? Are there settings i should change? I don't think the issue could be battery performance settings since it's a desktop.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

I might have copied too much but i don't know which parts are helpful so i took it all.

Also, if it makes any difference, I am running the emulator off of a flash drive.

Get a new pc, your whole pc too weak and windows 7 is not support by later version of pcsx2. 
I can play persona 3 fes with default setting without any problem with later version (1.6 and later) of pcsx2.
