Sudden lag, help

Hey guys,
so I've been playing sims bustin out and everything was fine for hrs, and then all of a sudden it started lagging....it got REALLY slow....my pcsx2 is up to date....i tried the recommended settings and i tried reinstalling pcsx2..
the game seems to work fine at the intro but just as it starts...it gets very laggy....help plz

PS. the same problem happened when i tried sims 2....but i managed to play shadow of memories and fatal frame 3..

sims2 may be demanding depends on the current EE% load.

what is your current EE% reading.

if it's EE tops 99%~100% your off the limit your PC is weak for that game.
,try special settings go here:

btw what is your video card.
No video card whatever it's definately not recommended for a decent speed of this emulation.

Try ticking "Native" in GSdx

almost-all of the laptops are not the "best" for pcsx2.
try a few twiks:

*never run in batteries
*set power plan to "high"

well i found this in the status thingy


EE/iR5900-32 Recompiler Reset
Bios Found: USA v01.60(07/02/2002) Console
BIOS rom1 module not found, skipping...
BIOS rom2 module not found, skipping...
BIOS erom module not found, skipping...

is it normal???

Don't worry, you can still run your games...

Those 3 files were meant as additional function in actual PS2...
