Suddenly getting really bad screen tearing after resetting configuration

I've been playing Ratchet and Clank, and it was going great, but I then stupidly updated PCSX2's configuration via Emudeck, and now the game has a horizontal line running across it (location changes) where the image seems to lag/the screen tears. I've tried messing with all the settings to make it how it was before, but nothing seems to work.

Edit: never mind, it was the v-sync, didn't think to look outside the graphics tab, leaving up in case anyone has the same problem.


I am upscaling it, but I had been upscaling it preciously and it was working perfectly, so I'm not sure where the issue is coming from.

reset all settings to default and uninstall emudeck
